Henrik Hyldgaard har i mere end 20 år arbejdet som brand strateg, konceptudvikler og kreativ sparringspartner for danske virksomheder som Bestseller, Jack & Jones, Only, Fredericia Furniture, Ball Group, Spar Nord, Bones og IT Relation.
Han har skrevet bogen 'Hotel Creativity – Check in and change the destiny of your company', der handler om, hvordan man gør kreativiteten til et afgørende middel i jagten på profit. Han har også sammen med Business Institute i Aalborg udviklet verdens første MBA in Business Creativity, der på samme måde gør kreativiteten til et afgørende kompetenceområde for fremtidens topledere.
Henrik Hyldgaard er desuden medforfatter til bøgerne Opdragelse af en vinder og Guldminerne sammen med Rasmus Ankersen.
